Finance Business Partner
will work closely with senior stakeholders across operations, commercial and central finance, owning performance insight while helping steer the business through both opportunity and risk in a high-growth environment.

Role Highlights

– Act as a strategic partner to country leadership, shaping commercial and operational decisions

– Own planning, forecasting and budgeting with a sharp focus on performance and growth

– Deliver clear financial insight through weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting cycles

– Identify risks and opportunities, building scenarios and mitigation plans with stakeholders

– Play a key role in developing finance capability and ways of working locally

You Will Need

– Strong experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or commercial finance

– Confidence influencing senior stakeholders in complex, fast-paced environments

– Excellent analytical capability with the ability to turn data into executive insight

– Experience working with ERP and planning systems in a multi-entity environment

– Proven people leadership or coaching experience within finance teams
