Business Analyst


Purpose of the Role:

As a Business Analyst – Digital, you will be a key player in the company's digital transformation, partnering with business teams and IT to translate needs into robust, scalable solutions across AI tools, CRM, ERP, BI, RPA, and planning/finance platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, designing high-quality and pragmatic solutions.
  • Contribute to all phases of IT projects: study, roadmap definition, implementation, and post-go-live support.
  • Perform functional testing and quality assurance in test environments.
  • Collaborate with external partners and solution vendors.
  • Propose improvements to solutions and processes by anticipating needs across domains.
  • Provide first-line support and training to business teams, developing a deep understanding of the company's tool landscape.
  • Monitor incidents, perform diagnostics, and implement fixes to preserve system stability.
  • Administer users, profiles, roles, and permission sets across applications.
  • Build simple and complex reports in BI tools and CRM.
  • Execute mass data uploads and updates in CRM/ERP upon validated requests.

Profile:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (consulting experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and SAP required; knowledge of CRM, ERP, and RPA tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; French as a mother language is preferred.
