⸻About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Key Account Manager to lead and grow Roborock's retail partnerships with major channels including mediamarket,Galaxus,Interdiscount.. and all different channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing strategic consumer electronics accounts. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing market visibility and strengthening long-term partnerships within the local market.

⸻Key Responsibilities:


• Lead commercial negotiations and account strategy for key local partners.


• Drive year-on-year revenue growth and profitable business development within assigned accounts.


• Develop joint business plans, promotional calendars and assortment strategies with key buyers.


• Coordinate cross-functional execution with marketing, supply chain, logistics and product teams to ensure delivery excellence.


• Analyse sales performance and market trends to forecast demand and pipeline opportunities.


• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic check-ins with channel partners.


• Manage retailer compliance (pricing, planograms, logistics) and ensure brand representation is optimized across all touchpoints.


• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with buyer leadership and category stakeholders.

⸻Requirements:


• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Key Account Management Sales within consumer electronics / home appliance category.


• Deep understanding of local sales landscape, pricing mechanics and promotional levers.


• Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret sales data, KPIs and category insights.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Self motivated & result driven as well


• Ability to travel as required to support partner meetings and retail events
