Translate business requirements into detailed business specifications for IT Definition of the To-Be objectives linked to the needs of the business and a continuous improvement spirit. Do the gap analysis and model the new business process to implement and reach the change. Perform impact analysis of new processes Organize the Test strategy and follow up the testing You have at least in 2 years of experience in Business or Process analysis You are fluent in French and English, a good knowledge of Dutch is also required A knowledge of Business Process Modeling (Aris, Visio, Camunda, UML, …) A knowledge of the Belgian energy landscape (suppliers, GRD) A strong learning environment : tribes, training budget Career follow-up with dedicated Business Managers and an associate plan Hybrid working model: client working, home working & Cream working If you need any specific accommodation to fully participate in the recruitment process or the interview, please let us know.
