Senior Project Management Coordinator


The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

  • Set project timeline
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
  • Oversee all aspects of electrical projects from estimation and design to installation and handover
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate work schedules and project requirements
  • Manage project budgets, variations, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations (BS 7671), HSE legislation, and local authority requirements
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance
  • Identify and resolve issues to minimise delays and maximise efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical project management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of EU wiring regulations and health & safety standards
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools/software (e.g. MS Project, SimPRO, or similar)
  • ECS/CSCS card and SMSTS or SSSTS desirable
  • Full UK driving licence required
