Vacancies Production Engineer

From next-generation radiators to smart, streamlined production processes, our impact reaches far beyond our walls — from your neighbor’s living room all the way to Facebook’s headquarters in the United States. And now, we’re looking for a Production & CAPEX Engineer who’s eager to take the lead on both small and large investment projects and drive meaningful process improvements across our production environment. Your role as Production & CAPEX Engineer: You take full ownership of technical investment projects and process optimizations. From the first spark of an idea to final implementation, you guide each trajectory with confidence, working closely with supervisors, maintenance, quality, and operators. Your role includes: Analyzing and optimizing production flows and working methods Designing and implementing layout changes and machine setups Leading machine replacements, capacity expansions, and production reorganizations Improving ergonomics, safety, and efficiency on the shop floor Creating and managing plant layouts and technical floor plans Initiating improvement projects that eliminate bottlenecks, boost quality, and increase process stability Who are you? You have a master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience You can translate technical plans into practical solutions for operators and supervisors. You spend time on the shop floor to ensure buy-in and successful adoption At least 10 years of experience in project and/or production environments Strong focus on engineering, technical solutions, and process improvement Analytical, problem-solving, and proactive mindset Reliable communicator: you follow up, follow through, and keep stakeholders in the loop A solution-oriented thinker who aligns early, involves the right people, and keeps momentum Proactive and decisive: you have a natural drive to see projects through to completion
