Supervisor (Supporting Services)

Established in 1963, Hong Kong Baptist Hospital is a Christian and non-profit making private hospital dedicated to serving the public and striving to achieve our mission of \"In the service of man, for the glory of God\". To cope with our continuing growth, we would like to invite high calibre candidates to join our Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team of 30-50 housekeeping and transport workers in a healthcare setting
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Provide training, mentorship and performance evaluations to team members to maintain high service standards
Develop and implement efficient workflows to enhance operational effectiveness
Collaborate with various departments to effectively address the needs of patients and staff
Requirements
Innovative with a growth mindset
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Excellent team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities
Open to fresh university graduates
Diploma or higher in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not essential
