Our team requires additional support in providing Business & Client Insights for agile decision making across our EME retail network.

A Business Performance and Client Assistant will help in achieving this by :

YOUR MAIN TASKS :

• Assisting with weekly and monthly performance analyses and reports for the EME retail network;

• Monitoring the EME store's clienteling efforts by providing relevant client insights;

• Brief the EME store about clienteling campaigns and actions;

• Conducting analyses to improve insights in product, client and retail dynamics for each store and detect opportunities;

• Support the preparation of regular business performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management;

• Assist the Business Performance & Merchandising Manager in operational tasks.

This role is essential for enabling us to react quickly to market dynamics

YOUR PROFILE :

• You are a student in business/sales (or similar studies);

• You have strong analytical skills (KPI reading, solution-oriented);

• You are proficient in Excel and the Office suite;

• You are rigorous;

• You are able to manage a complex environment with numerous stakeholders and meet deadlines;

• You have an excellent command of French and English (both written and spoken). Dutch is a real asset.
