Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, collects, details/analyses business requirements, produces functional specifications, follow-up and test their implementation by IT development teams.
This covers:
The retirement of the current platform.
The implementation of new products or new processes within the target platform.
The enhancements of existing systems.
Requirements:
Graduated Bachelor's degree with 3plus years' experience in the Capital Market area
Extensive' experience in Business Analysis, with a strong exposure to Capital Market
Strong knowledge in the Equity and Equity Derivatives business (products, pricing) and good understanding of the trade life cycle. Advantageous if familiar with structured product.
Strong experience in working with structured products business in an investment bank
Experience with working directly with business partners such as Sales, Trading and other business sponsors.
Experience in working with external client (to represent the bank) and external vendors would be advantageous
Strong writing and organization skills, able to articulate project plan and business analysis in clear and concise document.
Team-work oriented and able to manage under stress
Basic technical understanding (SQL, VBA, Python, Business Objects). Advantageous if candidate has a development background or worked with 3-tier architecture before.
