Job Responsibilities Your main Responsibilities will be : FOLLOW-UP & ANALYSIS Actively contribute to the commercial strategy and the various analytical supports Prepare follow-up files (internal newsletter, competitive assessment, management of our visibility, etc.) Management and follow-up in CRM: follow-up of internal team reports, planning verification...) Training Follow-up (management of external pools & freelancers' profiles) POS Evaluation Follow-up: encoding, verification Assist the retail coordinator in the monthly sales analysis Assisting our Givenchy Kenzo Sales Representatives (field support, monitoring and feedback on KPI's, material needs,...) > Deadlines compliance, multitasking, thoroughness , motivation, sense of detail CREATION OF SUPPORT TOOLS Develop and innovate the tools of the commercial department Creation of integration workbook / job description / executive memo Creation of a CRM user guide Providing proposals and feedback on the internal functioning of the sales department (creation of new tools, potential reorganization, etc.) > Creativity, results-oriented ASSISTANCE & SUPPORT Ensure the success of the periodic missions Assist the marketing department in the smooth running of retail events (follow-up of podium books, sending of material, etc.) Assist the Key Accounts Managers and the retail coordinator in the follow up and dispatch of retail materiel (customers gifts, letters, etc.) Assist the retail coordinator in the set-up of sales meetings > Logical mind, sense of priorities, field vision Profile The Ideal Profile: You are a graduate of a Business, Marketing, and/or Communication School You are fluent in French and/or Dutch, and English is a plus You have a good knowledge of the Office suite (strong knowledge of Excel is required) Additional Information Starting date : 22/06/2026 What we Offer: A 6-month internship program running from June 2026 to December 2026, providing valuable hands-on experience.
