Introduction
We are a passionate team behind Ezzy, a WhatsApp-based AI chatbot platform to transform elderly care services. Ezzy connects elderly users with physiotherapists, nurses, cleaners, and care workers—directly from their homes—through a familiar and intuitive interface. By leveraging conversational AI and real-world care logistics, Ezzy simplifies appointment management and enhances quality of life for elderly clients and caregivers. We are now looking for a Marketing and PR Associate to support the promotion and growth of Ezzy
Company: Silvermorph Tech Limited
Location: Hong Kong and Shenzhen
Work Nature: full-time (5-day work week: 3 days in China and 2 days in Hong Kong)
Responsibilities
1. Digital Content & Website Management
· Maintain and update Wix website content, including landing pages, blog posts, FAQs, and visuals, to ensure accurate, engaging, and user-friendly information.
2. Marketing Materials & Design
· Design and amend marketing leaflets and digital collateral, ensuring clear messaging, consistent branding, and suitability for elderly care stakeholders.
· Support video production for promoting Ezzy, such as short clips for WhatsApp, social media, and outreach., may need on-camera presence
3. PR Campaigns & Outreach Support
· Assist in planning and executing promotion campaigns across WhatsApp, email, social media, and offline channels.
· Coordinate Ezzy free-trial enquiries, including responding to incoming messages and guiding users through onboarding.
· Assisting in PR campaign planning or execution and stakeholder event coordination
Qualifications
· Associate degree (AD) or Degree holder in any relevant majors
· Fresh graduates welcome-no prior experience required.
· Digital marketing experience (e.g., social media, content creation) preferred.
· Proficiency with Wix or similar website builders
· Familiar with MS Office Suite and messaging apps
· Video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere) preferred for promotional content.
· Good commands in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
· Basic graphic design a plus.
