Head of Sales - Belgium & Netherlands Location: Belgium (responsibility for Belgium and the Netherlands) We're looking for a hands-on Head of Sales to take full ownership of how EGN grows in Belgium and the Netherlands. This is a leadership role for a sales leader who enjoys building strong teams, staying close to key customer conversations, and creating simple, effective structures that drive predictable, long-term growth. You'll lead a local sales team, work closely with senior leaders, and play a key role in shaping how EGN develops sales talent across two established markets. This role suits a player-coach who leads from the front, is comfortable working in a lean environment, and adapts their approach across different markets while building trust with senior decision-makers over time. The Role As Head of Sales – Belgium & Netherlands, you will take full ownership of membership growth across both markets. Your mission is to deliver predictable, profitable growth by building, coaching, and leading a high performing sales team. This is a working leadership role: you will lead the team day to day, partner closely with senior leaders at EGN, help move complex opportunities toward clear decisions, and build a sales operation that is disciplined, trusted, and repeatable. Your focus is not just on closing memberships, but on developing people and creating a consistent way of working that delivers sustainable monthly results. What You'll Work On Build a high-performing team: Coach and develop salespeople to grow confident, consistent top performers Create consistency and discipline: Uphold clear sales processes, standards, and rhythms that drive reliable pipeline quality and forecasting Own the numbers: Set priorities, review performance, and achieve new membership targets through focused execution and follow-through Stay in the field: Take part directly in key and complex membership conversations with senior leaders and decision-makers Strengthen how we sell: Improve how the team positions EGN's value, qualify opportunities, and guides prospects toward confident decisions Build the market: Partner with marketing and leadership to strengthen EGN's presence and reputation locally in Belgium and the Netherlands What We're Looking For You likely bring: 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a track record of building and scaling sales teams while achieving revenue goals A people-focused leadership style, with a genuine interest in hiring, coaching, giving feedback, and developing salespeople over time A player-coach mindset, with the ability and willingness to stay close to key customer conversations Experience driving sustainable growth in complex B2B or service-based sales environments where trust and long-term relationships matter A structured and disciplined approach to sales management, combined with pragmatism and good judgment Leadership experience working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and senior leadership The ability to develop and uphold clear sales processes and principles with discipline Native-level Dutch is required, and you are fluent in professional English.
