Role overview
We're looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join as our first engineering hire. You'll work directly with the CTO to ship new features and improvements across the entire stack, from high-performance data pipelines to intuitive frontends. Your work will shape the platform and impact customers immediately.
What you will do
Backend & Data Engineering
Build Python services (FastAPI) to ingest and process large volumes of customer feedback in real time.
Optimize and maintain PostgreSQL databases for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Frontend Development
Build responsive UI components and dashboards in with a focus on usability and user experience.
AI & NLP Integration
Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) to analyze feedback, provide replies and generate insights.
Experiment with LLM pipelines to improve diagnostics, recommendations and summarization features.
DevOps & Deployment
Containerize services and deploy to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated tests for reliable releases.
What we're looking for
3+ years shipping production code with ownership of features from start to finish.
Strong Python/FastAPI skills and SQL/PostgreSQL experience.
Comfortable building frontends in
Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and APIs.
