About Us: Holviq is a newly launched private label brand preparing to sell on Amazon FBA. We are focused on high-quality products and building a premium reputation. We are looking for a reliable, transparent, and experienced Sourcing Agent to become our long-term partner on the ground in Asia.
The Role: We are looking for a professional who acts as an extension of our team. You will handle product sourcing, supplier verification, sample consolidation, and quality control. You must understand the strict requirements of Amazon FBA (packaging, labeling, shipping).
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing: Identify legitimate factories (direct manufacturers) that match our quality standards.
Negotiation: Negotiate the best possible prices and low MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities).
Sample Management: Consolidate samples from multiple suppliers and ship them to us for review.
FBA Prep: Ensure products are labeled correctly (FNSKU), and packaged according to Amazon standards.
Quality Control: Arrange pre-shipment inspections to ensure quality before goods leave the factory.
Logistics: Coordinate DDP shipping to Amazon FBA warehouses.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience sourcing for Amazon FBA sellers.
Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English (Written and Spoken).
Location: Ability to visit factories in major manufacturing hubs (e.g., Shenzhen, Yiwu, Guangzhou, Ningbo).
Transparency: Willingness to share factory details and be transparent about your fee structure.
Communication: Responsive via standard messaging apps and email.
