Accounts Officer

Job Duties
Handle general accounting functions
Check and handle invoices, payments and bills
Prepare accounts payable related journals and reports
Prepare casual labor wages and MPF payments
Petty cash disbursement and reimbursement
Check and update vendors' profile and contact in both accounting system and excel file
Ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Holder of Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting, HKICPA or ACCA Finalist or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Excel
Strong communication skills across various departments
Initiatives, proactive and attentive to details
Working location: Tai Tam
