Purpose of The Role: Responsible for handling inquiries, coordinating order arrangements with internal and external parties, preparing reports and documents, assisting with audits and inventory, and supporting the development of standard policies and procedures (including ISO requirements).
What You'll Do
Handle enquiries
Prepare, review and analyse product specifications
Coordinate with internal and external parties on order arrangement and progress monitoring
Prepare reports and documents as requested
Assist in audits and inventory counts during stock take
Support the development of standard policies and procedures (includes ISO requirements)
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Must-Have
What will make you successful:
F.5 graduate or above with 1-2 year working experience
PC skills in using MS Word, Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experienced with ERP system such as SAP (or equivalent)
Advantage To Have
Experience in customer services/ logistics/ operations/ sales is a plus
Experience in handling the product specifications is highly preferable
More experience will be considered as Senior
