Brand & Marketing Lead (Operational)

Soterics is a specialized OT cybersecurity company supporting industrial and critical environments across Europe. We work with leading technologies and partners in OT security and focus on clarity, trust, and operational reality.
We help organizations protect critical operational systems without disrupting safety, uptime, or production, translating complex security challenges into actionable, business-aligned decisions.
We are entering a new growth phase and are looking for someone who takes pride in execution, and wants to build something that scales.

This is ownership.
Your Mission
You will take operational ownership of Soterics' market visibility.
You work closely with the founder to translate strategic thinking into clear, consistent communication. You align daily with our Head of Commercial to ensure brand positioning supports pipeline growth and international expansion.
You make sure our market presence matches the level of our expertise.
What You Will Do
Write and publish high-quality LinkedIn content based on strategic input
Shape and execute communication around events (before, during, after)
Support and host executive-level and micro events
Align with marketing teams of our technology partners
Take full ownership of website communication and messaging consistency
Launch creative initiatives that strengthen our premium positioning
Monitor performance and continuously improve visibility and engagement
You bring structure.

Success in This Role Will Be Measured By
LinkedIn Growth & Engagement
Minimum +50% growth in qualified followers within 12 months
Consistent engagement rate above industry benchmark
Pipeline Contribution
Marketing-influenced opportunities contributing to agreed commercial targets (defined together with Head of Commercial)
Event Impact
At least 4 high-quality executive events/micro-events per year
Measurable follow-up engagement and opportunity creation
Brand & Website Optimization
Quarterly improvements in website conversion metrics
Clear alignment between website messaging and commercial positioning
Who You Are
You have 3–7 years of tactical B2B marketing experience
You are confident writing for senior, technical audiences
You understand commercial objectives and how marketing supports them
You are structured, proactive and execution-driven
You are comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership
You want responsibility, not just instructions
Experience in cybersecurity, OT or industrial environments is a strong plus.
