Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Production Manager based in Riemst. The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are met with efficiency and quality. Key responsibilities include production activities, supervising and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, monitoring inventory and resource usage, and driving continuous improvement in production processes.
Qualifications
Experience in production management, manufacturing processes, and workflow optimization
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and oversee teams
Proficiency in process improvement, quality control, and implementing safety standards
Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset
Educational background in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in relevant production software and tools
Experience in the electronics or PCBA industry is a strong advantage
Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
