Human Resources Generalist

About Digitribe
Digitribe is a Brussels-based IT consulting company, specialised in supporting clients through highly skilled IT experts. The company is currently in a phase of structuring and sustained growth, with a clear ambition to strengthen its employee-based model, professionalise its HR practices and support its long-term development in Belgium and internationally.
In this context, Digitribe is creating an internal, full-time HR Generalist role, which will play a key role in structuring, driving and embodying the HR function in a pragmatic, autonomous and business-oriented way.
Why join Digitribe?
Joining Digitribe does not mean stepping into an already fully structured HR department. It means building the HR function alongside the founders and the management team, within a company that has been growing strongly for over 8 years and now counts more than 150 consultants on board.
Digitribe is an ambitious Belgian IT scale-up, recognised for the quality of its experts and its human-centred approach. The company has been awarded Scale-up of the Year twice at the Data News Awards, confirming the strength of its business model and its growth momentum.

At Digitribe, ideas move fast, decisions are made quickly and the impact of your work is immediately visible. An ideal environment for an autonomous, committed and impact-driven HR Generalist.
