THE POSITION
You will assist the Trade Marketing & Event Manager in the implementation of trade strategies for Kenzo and Givenchy Maisons.
Furthermore, you will develop point of sales animations (retailtainment) to optimize the brand image and the sell out in BeLux.
Job Responsibilities
Your main Responsibilities will be :
TRADE ACTIVATION
Implement the semestrial trade plan to optimize brand image & sell out results
Create the communication tools for the salesteam and the points of sales in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager: global 360° overview
Corporate guidelines knowledge and sense of creativity
In charge of logistics: gifts & communication tool sending
=> 360° vision, project management, motivation, attention to detail
MERCHANDISING
Develop merchandising visibility with perfect execution and cost monitoring
In charge of supplier briefing in line with international guidelines and respecting BeLux specificities
Project follow up from supplier briefing to store implementation to optimize visual impact in stores
Optimize merchandising materials during the trade marketing animation
Store visit to check the quality of execution
=> Respect for deadlines, multi-tasking, rigor, retailer & customer oriented
RETAILTAINEMENT
Making the customer experience unique for Maisons Givenchy and Kenzo
Develop podium and outpost by optimizing the allocated space & sell out impact
Brief suppliers for a unique immersive experience
Centralize the resources dedicated to events/podiums/outposts (sending of equipment, communication book)
=> Customer experience, consumer journey
TRANSVERSAL PROJECTS
In charge of trade activities report
Summarize competitor best practices
Prepare the 360° action plan for strategic launches
=> Strong analytical and synthesis mindset, curiosity for the sector, team player
Profile
The Ideal Profile: Holds a graduate-level education in business, marketing, or communication Communicates fluently in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus Has experience in the beauty industry (a plus) Is proficient in the Pack Office suite, Photoshop, and InDesign Demonstrates a personal affinity with Kenzo and Givenchy Maisons Preferred Skills: Team player Customer and relationship focused Results oriented Strong analytical and synthesis mindset Creative and innovative with attention to details Curious, autonomous, flexible and proactive Perseverant and enthusiast Multitasking with both operational and strategic vision
