In September 1992, China Resources Group (CR Group) invested Winland Investment Limited, a listed company in Hong Kong, and renamed it as \"China Resources Enterprise, Limited (CR Enterprise)\". Position: Assistant Procurement Manager / Procurement Manager
At Pacific Coffee, \"The Perfect Cup\" starts long before the coffee reaches our cafes. It begins with sourcing the finest ingredients and building sustainable partnerships. We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing excellence and ensure our supply chain is as high-quality as our coffee.
What You Will Do
Governance & Integrity: Lead the way in procurement compliance. You will implement and refine sourcing policies, ensuring every purchase meets our legal, ethical, and commercial standards.
Strategic Sourcing & Cost Leadership: Manage our procurement budget with a focus on value. You will identify cost-saving opportunities without ever compromising on the quality our customers love.
Vendor Partnership Management: From the first handshake to long-term growth, you will oversee the entire supplier lifecycle—selecting, auditing, and evaluating partners based on their performance and reliability.
Continuous Innovation: Lead special projects such as green supply chain initiatives and process digitalizations to keep our procurement system modern and efficient.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience: 5–7 years of procurement management experience, with at least 5 years specifically in large-scale F&B chains.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of food safety regulations, procurement compliance, and risk management.
Analytical Mindset: Strong cost-consciousness and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Negotiation Skills: A professional communicator who can build strong relationships with both internal departments and external partners.
Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
