Job Duties
Act as focal point to collect & analyze first-hand worldwide events & daily main news to co-workers
Manage and monitor electronic security system to deter and protect against all hidden threats to ensure the efficient working of the Security Operation Centre (SOC)
Ensure the accurate recording of all events and actions including maintenance of daily logs
Timely inform relevant department(s) on lost & found, fire alarm, office maintenance cases, etc.
Responsible for emergency/enquires from Asia Pacific region and co-workers
Perform other communication duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Tertiary education with 1-2 years' of mass media or security services experience preferred
Holder of valid SPP, QAS, licensed First-Aider will be an advantage
Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, diligent and able to work under pressure
Working Location: Central
Working hours: 5 days per week, 8.5 hours per shift per day
