YOUR POSITION
Reporting To The FP&A Manager Benelux, The FP&A Intern Will Work Closely With The FP&A, Accounting, Sales And Marketing Teams And Be Responsible For :
the preparation and reporting of financial statements during month-end closing
the analysis of business performance
special projects of continuous improvement
The position is based in our Brussels' office with occasional travel to our Rotterdam's office in the Netherlands.
Job responsibilities
Month-end closing
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Be To:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for the consolidation team
Develop management reports and support various departments in monitoring expenses
Follow up on our Direct Retail business and financial operations, including sales, expenses, stock, and overall P&L monitoring
Business performance analysis
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Be To:
Analyze monthly performance, including variance analysis on revenues, margins, and operating costs
Create ad-hoc reports and analyses
Special continuous improvement projects
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Be To:
Explore and implement new tools to automate month-end closing analyses and reporting processes
Profile
Desired Skills And Experience:
Pursuing an end-of-course internship or gap-year internship
Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Must possess strong analytical skills, communicate clearly, and act with integrity
Collaborate effectively as a team player, while also possessing the ability to work autonomously
Speak fluently in both French and English. Possess working knowledge of Dutch (a plus)
