Responsibilities 1.Work closely with our business and trading leaders to identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the company, be responsible for managing the project development with key stakeholders. 2.Strategically navigate the process from introduction, to integration, to managing the ongoing relationship with different exchanges. 3.Assist in and manage client relationships both domestically and internationally and act as first point of contact for key clients. 4.Analyze existing market data on exchanges and provide data and metrics to key stakeholders. 5.Ensure that product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity. 6.Maintain healthy and productive relationships with partners, resolving business, policy and technical issues. Qualifications and Skills -Bachelor's Degree or above; 1-3 years of relevant experience. -In-depth knowledge in finance. -Ability to think creatively and strategically while handling complex issues, to work independently and on a flexible schedule. -Excellent written/verbal communication and networking skills. -Experience analyzing and assessing market data. -Self-starter who will energetically advance the team's business goals. -Ability to Bilingual in English and Mandarin. -Management skills with strong negotiation & contract skills. -Detail oriented. Preferred qualifications Prior experience in a sales / business development role in a financial institution or consulting company.
