Join us and DARE to be entrepreneurs of beauty THE POSITION You will assist the E-Retail manager in the 360° action plan development for Kenzo and Givenchy Maison's in the Benelux market. Job Responsibilities Your main Responsibilities will be : E-RETAIL Optimize dedicated brand spaces on e-retailers Update the e-merchandising catalog assortment: novelties, discontinuations, promotions Animate the brand pages of the 2 Maison's in coherence with the marketing plan Check the sites weekly to avoid any bug and take optimization actions Analyze the competitor best practices => Customer focused and results oriented E-TRADE Implement the e-trade plan Prepare the material for the websites (descriptions, cropping's, translations) Boost the visibility, traffic and sell out conversion Drive the E-trade plans to deliver strong sales growth Analyze results and recommend on-going optimizations => Business oriented and innovation E-CRM & SOCIAL MEDIA Create the e-newsletter : texts, visuals, targeting Participate actively in the social media campaign of the retailers (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook) Analyze results and recommend on-going optimizations => Rigor and attention to detail TRANSVERSAL PROJECTS Participate in the trade activities report Prepare influencer seedings & participate in influencer content briefings Summarize competitor best practices Prepare the 360° action plan for strategic launches Reporting: e-retail newsletter, results analysis Assist rest of team with other projects during busy periods : logistics, sendings => Strong analytical and synthesis mindset, curiosity for the sector, team player Profile The Ideal Profile : Possesses a graduate-level education in business, marketing, and/or communication Communicates fluently in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus Experience in e-retail is a plus Proficient in the Pack Office suite (especially Excel) and digitally savvy Preferred Skills: Team player Customer and relationship focused Result oriented Strong analytical and synthesis mindset Creative and innovative with attention to details Curious, autonomous, flexible and proactive Perseverant and enthusiast Multitasking with both operational and strategic vision Additional Information Position within the Organisation: SUBSIDIARY Marketing Salesteam CORPORATE TEAM / HQ Kenzo HQ Givenchy HQ EXTERNAL Suppliers What We Offer: A 6-month internship program running from July 2026 till January 2027, providing valuable hands-on experience.
