We are seeking an experienced Area Retail Manager to enhance and uplift the commercial performance and customer experience. Your mission As our new Area Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and will daily be visiting the stores, ensuring that they operate smoothly and ensure that global operating procedures are being applied to all the stores. Further you will, with the Store Managers, be responsible managing and developing the teams and build a workplace where people thrive being in. The role will be responsible for the overall P&L, forecast and budget planning and working closely with the Market Director every day. More specifically, you will: Manage the business to deliver a profit; through managing business performance and controlling costs Develop an annual business plan for all stores, which is reviewed quarterly to deliver key business performance targets together with the Market Director Build a team, across all stores, to establish strong connections with local business partners – neighbouring stores, local Interior Designers, Integrators, Architects and other relevant business opportunities to optimize sales and local brand awareness Direct in line responsible for all Store Managers, incl. Goals / performance reviews and KPI's Conduct team meetings and 1-1 with all Store Managers to set goals and directions, update on new products, campaigns, events, activations, partnerships etc. Onboard, introduce and train all new employees with the Store Managers Build budgets (Full P&L) for all stores in close collaboration with Market Director and local Business Controller Ensure that stock is being accurately counted on a quarterly basis by category according to the global CoCo operating model, maintain effective and efficient stock control between recurring stock counts Work with the local marketing team to develop an annual marketing plan for the store Make sure that the stores have impeccable presentation and together with Global VM, ensure visual merchandising standards are always followed and have a welcoming environment What You Bring You have minimum 5 years of experience as an Area Retail Manager or similar in luxury retail with great passion for lifestyle or high-end brands with a proven record for results. A passion for music and audio products is also a great plus. Furthermore, you: Proven trackrecord in managing multiple stores and a Business mindset with focus on driving performance Are gregarious, able to adapt and connecting with people from all backgrounds Are incredibly driven, which pushes you to achieve results and cope well with setbacks Know the importance of representing a brand and are therefore able to lead your team by example, with a positive attitude. Possess great administrative skills, enabling you to structure and plan work schedules, leaving no shifts unmanned. Advanced user with Microsoft 365 including Sales CRM.
