Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP CAP JS (Fullstack) Developer with SAP C4C expertise to join our Customer Experience team within the SAP Competence Center. You will contribute to the development, extension, and operation of a custom-built SAP Fiori web application, supporting ongoing SAP C4C initiatives such as KoSyMa and Stakeholder Management.
This role focuses on both maintaining the current solution and delivering new developments, including extending the SAP HANA CDS data model, building CAP OData services, and developing custom UI5/Fiori applications. You will also play a key role in integrating SAP C4C with SAP and non-SAP systems within the broader enterprise architecture.
What You Will Do
Develop, extend, and maintain SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming) applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.
Create and enhance SAP HANA CDS data models and expose services via CAP OData APIs.
Develop and maintain custom SAP UI5/Fiori applications consuming CAP-based services.
Support the operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the existing SAP Fiori web application.
Participate in SAP C4C project implementations and roll-outs (e.g., KoSyMa, Stakeholder Management).
Integrate SAP C4C with SAP (S/4HANA) and non-SAP systems using OData, REST, IDoc, OAuth, and other integration technologies.
Analyze, debug, and optimize integration flows and APIs, including SDK implementations.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, transport management, ALM processes, and application lifecycle best practices.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure CRM (Sales & Service) processes are effectively implemented.
Produce high-quality technical documentation and ensure compliance with architectural and security standards.
What You Will Bring
Strong hands-on experience with SAP C4C (Sales & Service Cloud).
Solid expertise in SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) and SAP BTP.
Proven experience with SAP UI5/OpenUI5/Fiori development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
Experience building and consuming OData services, and working with OAuth, REST APIs, HTML.
Experience extending SAP HANA CDS models.
Good understanding of integration technologies and scenarios (OData, REST, IDoc, CPI).
Knowledge of API Management and Cloud Connector within integrated landscapes.
Basic understanding of S/4HANA modules (SD, MM, PM) and ABAP development concepts.
Experience with SDK implementations and SAP C4C framework customization.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, ticketing systems, transport management, and ALM.
Experience with additional BTP services (Workflow, AI, Automated Testing) is a plus.
Strong understanding of CRM business processes (not purely technical focus).
Knowledge of the Utilities industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
Strong documentation skills and team-oriented mindset.
