Aster Recruiting is thrilled to partner exclusively with a high-growth global SaaS innovator in supply chain solutions to appoint their VP Client Services & Implementation, Asia Pacific.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a dynamic professional services team across Hong Kong and key Asia markets. Drive best-in-class post-sales delivery, scaling implementations, customer transformations, and operational excellence to fuel business growth and margin expansion. Externally, serve as the key executive interface, forging senior stakeholder relationships to champion adoption and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Champion standardized best practices for client onboarding, implementations, communication, and expectation management through targeted training and coaching.
Partner closely with sales to craft strategies and execution plans for complex enterprise projects.
Cultivate C-suite relationships to ensure seamless delivery and unlock upsell/cross-sell revenue via team enablement.
Own P&L for the Asia services organization, hitting topline growth and profitability targets.
Build a high-performance culture: recruit, develop, and inspire top talent.
Ideal Candidate
12+ years leading enterprise SaaS implementations in tech/software, with rapid mastery of new platforms.
Dynamic leader: driven, energetic, hands-on, innovative, and resilient under pressure.
Exceptional at mentoring, relationship-building, strategic thinking, project execution, and commercial acumen (P&L, negotiations).
Strong communication and presentation skills for clients and internal stakeholders.
