Job Summary: We are seeking a high-energy, performance-driven Strategic Partnerships Associate to join our Hong Kong team. Working directly with the Head of Sales and Strategic Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in executing our 2026 distribution strategy as we scale into a global fintech leader. This is a junior, entrepreneurial role designed for a \"hunter\" who thrives in a fast-paced environment. It offers a unique blend of foundational learning across private markets and tokenization, combined with a highly competitive commission structure. This role is ideal for a self-starter who prioritizes long-term wealth creation and professional growth through performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Originating Partnerships: Proactively identify, target, and establish new relationships with family offices, wealth managers, securities firms, and other institutional investor channels. Support the Head of Sales in the development and implementation of the 2026 sales and distribution strategy. Execute outbound outreach and lead generation to build a robust pipeline of prospective partners and clients. Relationship Management & Sales Execution: Build and maintain strong rapport with Wealth Managers, Private Bankers, and their high-net-worth clients to promote and distribute platform assets. Serve as a brand ambassador for EVIDENT, articulating the value proposition of our tokenized alternative investment products. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial introduction to closing and onboarding. Market Intelligence & Operational Support: Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity, and prospect feedback to refine the business development strategy. Collaborate with the investment and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for partners and investors. Handle ad-hoc assignments and administrative tasks essential to the growth of the sales department. Requirements: Experience & Background: 0–3 years of professional experience. Recent graduates with a powerful drive and relevant internship experience are welcome. Native-level Mandarin speaker with a strong Mainland Chinese background and proficiency in English. Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or sales is a significant advantage.
