Senior Clinical Operations and Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations and Development Lead to drive global clinical programs from early development through commercial approval. This is a senior leadership role with significant strategic responsibility and cross-functional collaboration across multiple regions worldwide.

Your Role:

• Provide strategic leadership for clinical operations across assigned programs or therapeutic areas.
• Partner with medical and scientific teams to define and execute clinical development strategies.
• Oversee global clinical trials, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams and contribute to program-level decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve operational challenges, and support continuous improvement.
• Potentially manage a team of clinical trial managers or associates, fostering talent development and high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 8+ years of leadership experience in clinical operations, ideally in small- to mid-size biotech or pharma companies.
• Track record of managing programs from early-phase development through commercialization.
• Experience designing and executing global clinical strategies across multiple regions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities in English.
• Advanced degree in medical, life sciences, or related field; PhD is a plus.
