Administrative Assistant


Responsibilities
Student Recruitment and Promotion
Support recruitment efforts for youth and young adults
Design promotional posters, manage social media campaigns, and maintain the S&I website
Learning Support
Edit and update content on online Seminary and Institute learning platforms
Provide training and technical support for students and teachers on online platforms
Develop educational activities to support seminary teachers
Assist with translation of training materials for teachers and leaders
Office Management and Administration
Maintain accurate attendance records, calendars, and detailed reports
Provide administrative support for meetings, trainings, and travel arrangements
Maintain financial records and reports, assist with reimbursement processes
Support institute class setup in Wanchai and Kowloon Tong
Stakeholder Services
Respond professionally and confidentially to inquiries from teachers, students, parents, and Church leaders
Ensure smooth office operations through effective supply and equipment management
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or above
A minimum of two years of administrative experience is required
Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and verbal), Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
