Case Lead

As a Case Lead, you take end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of consulting engagements. You lead project workstreams, guide consultants on the job, and act as the day-to-day counterpart for senior client stakeholders.

You operate at the intersection of content, delivery, and leadership. You structure complex problems, make trade-offs, and ensure that insights are translated into tangible outcomes. You work closely with Principals and Partners, while taking clear ownership over quality, pace, and impact.

This role is for experienced consultants who are ready to step into a true leadership position on cases.

What you will do

• Lead and structure consulting engagements from start to finish
• Own project delivery, planning, prioritization and quality control
• Coach and guide consultants throughout the case
• Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and decisions
• Act as primary day-to-day contact for senior client stakeholders
• Manage expectations, risks and trade-offs during delivery

• Contribute to proposal development and shaping of new engagements

• 5–9 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, transformation or comparable roles

• Proven experience leading workstreams or projects end-to-end
• Strong problem structuring and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to balance analytical depth with pragmatism and speed
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-responsibility environments
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French

Nice to have

• Experience managing or coaching junior consultants
• Exposure to cross-functional or transformation programs
• Experience working in a Benelux consulting context
