Purpose
The role of the Merchandiser is to support the operations in the BeNeLux market by managing 3 aspects of local operations: in-store remodelling, partner operations and internal logistics (product returns and material inventory keeping).
In- store remodelling is a key aspect to the success of Trio in the market. The merchandiser must be able to plan and execute remodellings, both on an individual basis (doing the project themselves) and through a third service provider. For a remodelling project, the merchandiser coordinates with the account manager to determine which SKU's will be demonstrated in-store and then creates a plan how this is implemented. Any additional materials needed are sourced by the Merchandiser. A remodelling can be executed by the Merchandiser solely or with the help of additional technicians sourced from the third-party provider. In this case, the Merchandiser is responsible for delegating tasks on-site and supervising the correct execution. In case of a larger demand for remodelling projects in a shorter time period, the Merchandiser will coordinate these efforts together with the third party provider. In this scenario, the focus is on creating a clear briefing for the external technicians and following up on the execution of the plan. This includes performing in-store checks, both during and after the works. The Merchandiser will source display furniture if a project requires such investment.The Merchandiser will keep a stock of materials in the TIBE office, such as electrical wiring and wood panels, and source these in a cost-effective way, and distribute these to the third-party technicians. In case of product returns after a remodelling or promotion, the Merchandiser coordinates both the physical retrieval of the goods and the financial aspects (credit note, reshipment to German warehouse or sale via other customer). In case of participation to a customer fair / event, the Merchandiser coordinates with the sales team to plan and execute the stand.
Place in the organization The Merchandiser reports to the TIBE Sales Director. They work together closely with the local sales team (account managers and customer service team).
Duties & responsibilities · Planning and executing in-store remodellings· Planning and scheduling of appointments in the stores, including routing and time management· Planning and preparation of the displays using the planogram builder· Adjust and finalize the planogram during remodeling· When new products arrive in the store, deciding together with sales team which products leave· Planning the remodeling for HUBO with third-party service provider.· Handling of returns· If display items are broken, they are removed in the store, brought to the head quarter (more expensive models), repaired in QA and then reinstalled in the store· Managing administrative follow up of Hubo remodeling returns· Setting up and taking down the displays in the stores· Interface to Marketing and \"Verkaufsförderung\" to finalize the sales area in the store· Organization and procurement of materials for the displays directly in Belgium· Comprehensive handling of special projects, e.g. 12 meters at Van Herck· Briefing of external companies· Create the showorder-list after the display items have been installed (minus 50%)· HUBO fair: handling the entire process, from planning to installation together with sales team· Manage the merchandising goods storage in the BE office Key Performance Indicators · Timely & qualitative executions of remodelings, both own executions and those done by external partners.· Respecting budget Knowledge, skills and qualifications

German is a nice to have.· Windows, MS Office, with proficiency in Excel and Power Point
