Interim FDD

We are looking to engage a seasoned freelance FDD professional to support a financial evaluation project within the SaaS sector. This engagement involves performing comprehensive financial due diligence for a project with an enterprise valuation of EUR 15m, ensuring robust analysis and actionable insights. The role requires meticulous review of financial data and close collaboration with diverse stakeholders to support critical investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct an in-depth financial due diligence analysis to assess the business's valuation metrics.

• Review and interpret financial documents, operational data, and market trends to determine the accuracy of the EV.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that highlight critical findings and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the due diligence are addressed.

• Provide strategic recommendations based on analytical insights to support investment decision-making.

Requirements:

• The candidate must possess proven experience in financial due diligence, especially within the SaaS or technology domains.

• Strong analytical skills and the capability to interpret complex financial data are essential.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and detail is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for presenting findings to various stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with mid-market or cross-border due diligence projects will be considered an asset.

• Familiarity with advanced valuation methodologies and deal structuring techniques is preferred.
