Role Description
Providing roofing training; extensive experience with metal roofing and standing seam techniques is required.
Confident and friendly appearance, highly self-motivated, with a structured way of working.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Professional experience with metal roofing is essential.
Knowledge of IT programs: Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Dynamics, Teams).
Team player with strong communication skills.
Fluency in Dutch and French; knowledge of German is an advantage.
Driving license B required; BE or B + code 96 preferred.
Qualifications
Providing on-site support to our customers in Belgium, as well as delivering training (theoretical and practical) on PREFA products.
Supporting sales representatives with technical inquiries.
Delivering training sessions to customers at our training center in Lier or on location throughout Belgium.
Participating in trade fairs and presenting our products.
Handling customer complaints.
