Job Responsibilities Responsible for daily front desk reception, including welcoming and registering visitors, interview candidates, and business partners, and providing proper guidance. Answer and transfer incoming calls via the company switchboard, record messages, and accurately relay information. Maintain the front desk environment, ensuring it is clean, orderly, and presents a professional company image. Handle the receipt, registration, and distribution of courier deliveries, mail, and documents. Assist with administrative tasks such as office supplies management, meeting room reservations, and meeting setup. Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or related fields are preferred. Professional front desk representative with a polished appearance, strong service awareness, and a welcoming demeanor. Prior experience in front desk, administration, or customer service is preferred (outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome). Good command of English with clear verbal expression and excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong execution ability and good teamwork skills.
