Role

• Provide software and hardware support to German and English speaking customers through phone and email
• Analyse technical issues and deliver targeted solutions using remote troubleshooting tools.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, or a similar field
• Excellent command of German and English. Dutch is a plus.
