Rite is a fast-growing boutique fitness brand with studios in Antwerp, Ghent and Brasschaat. We offer beat-driven indoor BIKE classes, high-intensity HIIT workouts, challenging pilates-inspired REFORM classes and OPEN GYM.
We're looking for Studio Managers to lead the operations of our studios in:
– Antwerp North (Eilandje) & Brasschaat (Bredabaan)
– Mechelen
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on daily studio operations, team management, practical processes and overall studio performance. You ensure everything runs smoothly, support and motivate your team, and deliver an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
Your role
You take full ownership of the studio's performance and experience. From smooth day-to-day operations and stock management to team leadership and scheduling, you ensure everything runs efficiently and looks exceptional. You recruit and support the front desk team, coordinate instructors, maintain high service standards and act as the driving force behind a strong, welcoming studio culture. You're visible on the floor and closely involved in events and local brand presence.
Your profile
You're organized, proactive and strong in communication (Dutch & English). You're comfortable leading people, managing schedules and solving problems quickly. You're flexible, community-minded and passionate about fitness and customer experience. Based in or near the studio location (Antwerp, Brasschaat or Mechelen) with a valid driver's license.
