YOUR ROLE
As a Manager within our Enterprise Transformation team, you will lead strategic finance‑focused transformation programs and guide clients through complex modernization journeys. Acting as a trusted advisor from strategy through implementation, you will shape and deliver future‑ready operating models, processes, and technologies that enable efficient, data‑driven and digitally enabled Finance organizations.
In this role you will play a key role in:
Leading client engagements and steering cross‑functional teams through digital and enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives from design to implementation.
Building compelling cases‑for‑change across people, processes, technology, data, and organization, supported by robust business cases aligned to client ambitions.
Driving digital innovation by leveraging solutions such as SAP S/4HANA and connected platforms to modernize, automate, and streamline core Finance functions.
Enhancing end‑to‑end Finance processes (P2P, R2R, O2C) through best‑practice process design, optimization, automation, AI, and mining tools.
Shaping Target Operating Models for Finance, covering processes, governance, capabilities, technology, and organization.
Contributing to Capgemini Invent's growth, including business development, thought leadership, and coaching of junior colleagues.
YOUR PROFILE
You have 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence or Finance Transformation, with a proven track record of improving processes, operating models, and performance.
You bring strong knowledge of finance processes and ERP environments, ideally including hands‑on exposure to SAP S/4HANA (FI, CO, MM, Signavio).
You have experience leading transformation teams, coaching others, and managing stakeholders in complex client environments.
You demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving and project management skills, with the ability to translate challenges into actionable solutions.
You are an effective communicator and facilitator, able to craft compelling narratives, run workshops, and drive change and adoption across organizations.
You are fluent in English and have good knowledge of French and/or Dutch, with an entrepreneurial mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for delivering high‑quality results.
