Location: Hong Kong Reports to: CEO / CFO Job Summary The Finance Director (Financial Planning & Analysis) occupies a key strategic role in leading our group-wide end-to-end financial planning, analysis, and decision support. The role requires strong business acumen and proactive mindset and serves as a strategic business partner to management and cross-functional teams to support high-stakes decisions in a fast-paced environment. On top of a controlling role of gathering data relating to costs and variances to reflect business performance, this person will also take up a more proactive role by looking forward, creating forecasts, budgets, managing risks, and devising strategic plans to provide recommendations to management for our continued business growth. Key Responsibilities Work with CEO and business leaders to develop annual and quarter KPIs and keep monitoring business performance according to business plan Provide financial projections by coordinating the preparation of annual budget and forecast which are aligned with strategic and business goals of the company, monitoring cash flow, conducting commercial analysis and variance reviews Developing robust financial models for growth planning, investment scenarios and long-term financial strategy Deliver actionable commercial insights to management on KPIs, profitability drivers, and market trends, uncover revenue growth opportunities, identify cost-saving initiatives, and flag potential commercial pitfalls through data-driven commercial finance support Consolidate financial data across business units and deliver actionable insights to team leaders, implement insightful performance KPIs dashboards and ensure financial performance is communicated clearly across business teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines, and qualified accountant with at least 7 years' proven track record of relevant experience and contributions in supporting business development in high quality, dynamic organisations, preferably from relatively new industries or live events / entertainment industries.
