What you'll be doing? Perform the role of a business partner by providing professional HR services and expert advice on all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR digitalization. Assist in organizing and participating in various HR projects. Assist in formulating and implementing HR-related policies and procedures. Work closely with both internal and external clients to achieve HR-related targets. Who are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines. Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience, preferably gained from sizable companies and/or the property management industry. Well-versed in Hong Kong employment ordinances and other related regulations. Mature, self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
