Brussels – Fixed Term (6 months with potential to be permanent)
€3,300 per month
Excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading company in IT service management that actively promotes the development and growth of your skillset.
This company is a global leader in IT Service Management, driving digital transformation by connecting people, processes and technology. They provide tailored end-to-end Enterprise Service Management solutions, optimising the innovation, efficiency, and scalability of IT services. This company is helping businesses across the globe adopt excellent practice frameworks and achieve sustainable IT excellence.
In this role, you would be the primary consultant for customers, identifying both administrative and technical issues, then problem solving for solutions. Alongside this, you would ensure that all financial and risk regulations are in accordance with compliance. Through this role, you would be continuously learning new skills, developing your own professional and technical knowledge.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with CRM systems, knowledge base platforms and ticketing tools. They will speak either Dutch or French, with a good understanding of English.

The Role:
Primary contact for customers
Identify issues and propose solutions
Maintain and update process documentation
Ensure compliance with risk frameworks and financial regulations
Develop your technical and professional skillset
The Person:
Proficiency in Dutch, French and/or English
Experience in a customer service or IT support role
Experience with ticketing tools, knowledge base platforms and CRM systems
Available to start immediately
