The role in a nutshell
You are close to customers and close to the numbers. You build relationships, create deal momentum, and keep your pipeline honest. If you like winning through smart preparation and sharp follow up, this role fits.
What you will focus on in the first 90 days
Build a clean list of target accounts and convert it into a weekly outreach routine
Fill your calendar with meetings and test drives and turn interest into signed proposals
Learn our offer structure and leasing partner flow so you can move quickly without rework
What you will do
Create new opportunities and work them end to end from first contact to signed order
Run product demos and test drives that make the technology easy to understand
Prepare quotes and proposals and follow up with pace and precision
Work with Sales Operations, Order to Delivery, and Delivery to keep commitments realistic and clear
Keep CRM accurate so forecasts are useful and next steps are never unclear
What success looks like
Consistent qualified pipeline with clear next steps and realistic close dates
Healthy conversion from meeting to quote and from quote to order
Customers and partners experience you as quick, structured, and reliable
What we need from you
3 to 5 years in automotive fleet sales or B2B account management
Comfort with CRM, pricing logic, and basic leasing concepts
Strong communication and follow through with senior stakeholders
Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as automotive, commercial, business, or similar is required.
Trilingual: Dutch Flemish, French, and English.
