Role Summary: The Chief People Officer is a key member of the Mobix Executive Committee, responsible for defining and implementing Mobix' overall people strategy. In close collaboration with the group CFE, this strategic role leads all aspects related to talent, company culture, employee engagement, skills development, brand positioning, and corporate communications (internal and external), as well as organizational performance — supporting Mobix' growth, transformation, and sustainability ambitions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive people and organization strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and business goals. Drive leadership development, succession planning, and skills enhancement programs to support innovation and operational excellence. Serve as a key business partner to the CEO, executive team, and managers, advising on organizational structure, culture, and people management to ensure optimal business performance. Lead transformation initiatives to create an agile, resilient, and collaborative organization capable of responding to changing market conditions and business needs. Organization Design and Development: Lead efforts to design an effective organizational structure that supports scalability, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. Partner with leadership teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency and process standardization, ensuring that the organization design supports innovation and operational success. Clarifying purpose, roles and governance. Oversee talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning to ensure future readiness. Manage initiatives to reduce churn, improve employee satisfaction, foster internal mobility and (career) development. Culture and Collaboration: Champion a positive organizational culture that fosters collaboration, inclusivity, and engagement across all sites and teams. Drive employee engagement and communication strategies that inspire and motivate employees to contribute to the company's success. Natural leader, steering cultural change, building top talent teams, raising employee morale and -motivation. Promote initiatives that build strong relationships between employees, fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose. Develop and monitor HR, marketing, and communications KPIs to measure impact and effectiveness. Leadership Development and Coaching: Coach and mentor senior leaders and managers, building leadership capabilities and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values, foster mutual collaboration Provide guidance on complex HR and organizational matters, including change initiatives, team dynamics, and conflict resolution. Employee Relations and Compliance: Ensure that the company is compliant with labor laws and regulations across all regions of operation. Oversee employee relations and act as a trusted point of escalation for complex issues with trade unions. Marketing & Communication: Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that drives business growth, enhances brand reputation, aligns internal teams, and strengthens employer branding through consistent and engaging messaging across all channels. Qualifications: 10+ years of senior HR or people leadership experience, ideally in a multisite or complex organization. Proven experience in organization design, change management, and developing high-performance cultures. Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into pragmatic people and organizational initiatives, follow-up of adherence and discipline Good communication skills (mediation, conflict management and relation management with trade unions). Demonstrated ability to inspire, lead, and engage employees at all levels. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for driving positive organizational change. Excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
