Business Development Executive
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Officer (BDO) with 3+ years of proven experience in the tech services industry. This role requires strong ownership of identifying high-value opportunities, end-to-end business development, and a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships, and translating complex technical solutions into compelling business value for our clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the Technology/Software industry
Strong understanding of technology services such as web development, mobile applications, SaaS, and digital transformation
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in CRM tools, proposal documentation, and data analysis tools.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the complete cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Identify and qualify new business leads within the [SaaS/FinTech/AI/etc] space using data-driven market research in local and international markets
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with company growth targets
Conduct high-level client meetings to understand business needs and propose tailored tech solutions
Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, timelines, and commercial agreements
Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams for solution alignment
Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
Nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
Analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to refine sales strategies

Experience working with international or enterprise clients
Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Experience contributing to sales strategy or revenue planning
