Lead Silicon Photonics Test Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Silicon Photonics Test Engineer providing end-to-end technical support to international customers and leading the full lifecycle of advanced test solutions from concept to production.
_ Provide technical support to international customers for silicon photonics testing solutions
_ Own full responsibility for the technical design, setup, and delivery of end-to-end test solutions
_ Define and plan project work packages across all development stages in collaboration with Project Managers
_ Develop, implement, and optimize silicon photonics test environments and methodologies
_ Support prototype-to-production ramp-up, including characterization, validation, and qualification activities
_ Lead customer discussions on test strategies, scalability, and production readiness
_ Work in project-based, cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
_ Apply strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach
Required skills_
_ Brings strong expertise in silicon photonics testing, project-based execution, and cross-functional collaboration, combined with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
_ Holds a Master's degree in Silicon Photonics and over five years of hands-on experience delivering reliable, scalable, and production-ready test solutions.
_ Fluent in English with strong communication skills in multicultural environments.
