Job Description Qualifications and Skills: Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience with local and international school protocols; Exhibit strong connections with local and overseas universities with proven records of partnership; Possess strong connections with overseas institutions with proven record of international collaboration; Engage with a keen interest in and potential contributions to the school's developmental priorities, including international mindedness, collaboration with tertiary institutions, curriculum enhancement, aerospace education, academic excellence, career and life planning, and gifted education; Demonstrate a solid understanding and experience in pastoral care and inclusive education; Experienced in working with diverse teaching populations, in bilingual working environments is preferred; Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with bilingual and trilingual proficiency (English, Cantonese and Putonghua); Hold a Master Degree or above in relevant disciplines, with recognized teachers' training and professional qualifications in educational leadership or international education or curriculum development; Possess a minimum of 10 years of leadership experiences in education field, with working experience in through-train / DSS school / international education institutions / government is a significant advantage; Passed the Basic Law and National Security Law Test as required by the EDB.
