As a Project Manager, you are responsible for fully mapping out the challenges and needs of our clients. You analyse their processes, workflows, and software usage, and translate these insights into concrete project plans and solutions that improve their daily operations.
You lead projects from start to finish: from kick-off, planning and coordination of development to implementation and Go Live. You monitor deadlines, budgets and scope, ensuring that all parties involved are perfectly aligned. Throughout the entire process, you are the central point of contact and build a lasting trust-based relationship with the client.
You know your client, their software environment, and their business processes inside out, allowing you to manage projects efficiently and with impact.
SOFT SKILLS
Strong analytical ability to understand problems and define solutions
Excellent communication skills for smooth customer interaction
Structured approach and precise follow-up
Results-oriented and capable of delivering projects within scope and deadlines
HARD SKILLS
We provide extensive training in our own software as well as third-party software, but prior knowledge of graphic software and/or graphic business processes would be helpful:
Graphic software: Adobe CC, Hybrid Software, Esko Software, ...
ERP software: MultiPress, CERM, D365, SAP, or similar
Other IT skills: M365 (O365), server knowledge, …
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, ...) is an asset
