Hostess (餐廳接待員)

Can you foster relationships and use people's stories to drive a truly incredible customer service experience? If so, we now have an opportunity for to join Novotel Citygate Hong Kong.
The 440-room Novotel Citygate Hong Kong is located in the center of Tung Chung on Lantau Island. It is a few minutes drive from Hong Kong International Airport, with close proximity to Hong Kong Disneyland, Asia World-Expo and Ngong Ping 360. Connected to both hotels is Citygate Outlet Mall, a shopping and entertainment complex and only a few minutes walk to Tung Chung MTR Station.
Responsibilities
Assist to manage reservations and table arrangement
Act as Restaurant Ambassador by greeting and seating guests in a warm and professional manner
Handle guests' enquiries by phone following hotel's standards and procedures
Achieve high level of customer satisfaction by engaging with guests proactively, being attentive to their needs and response timely throughout the dining experience
Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by management
Set up table according to reservation plan;
Meet and greet guest in a professional manner;
Ensure side stations are stocked sufficiently and tidy at all times;
Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-year relevant experience;
Experience in hotel is preferred;
Initiative and good customer service skills;
Willing to work on shifts in a competitive, energetic and dynamic environment;
Good command in both English and Chinese

資格:
至少 1 年相關經驗;
有酒店工作經驗者優先;
主動性和良好的客戶服務能力;
願意在競爭激烈、充滿活力和充滿活力的環境中輪班工作;
良好的中英文能力
