Brand Ambassador


Brand Ambassador - Premium Beverage Brand
Location: Belgium & Luxembourg
A leading international wine & spirits company is seeking a Brand Ambassador to lead the charge in driving brand awareness and demand across Belgium and Luxembourg.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, family-owned company known for developing innovative, premium beverage brands. As Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in activating our portfolio in both the on-trade and off-trade sectors while managing relationships with key stakeholders, including importers, retailers, and venues.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the annual sales plan across Belgium & Luxembourg in coordination with regional leadership
Manage the full brand portfolio across high-energy on-premise (bars, clubs, nightlife) and off-premise (independent liquor stores, RITs, supermarkets)
Implement engaging sales and marketing activations (e.g., tastings, demos, trade fairs) to drive consumer demand
Build strong, productive relationships with importers, distributor teams, and key accounts
Monitor inventory, pricing, and depletion performance to prevent out-of-stocks and ensure brand visibility
Ensure all point-of-sale materials and brand assets are implemented correctly in the market
Regularly survey market activity to ensure execution aligns with brand strategy
Prepare and deliver clear weekly/monthly activity and performance reports
Collaborate with regional and market managers to manage budgets and optimize marketing spend
Requirements
3–5 years of sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry
Fluency in English and either French or Flemish (working knowledge of the other language is required)
Ability to work autonomously with a self-starter mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience presenting to trade clients
Experience in account activation and importer relationship management
Proven ability to develop and implement sales and pricing strategies
Familiarity with market surveying, POS implementation, and product promotions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Valid driver's license with willingness to travel 4–5 days per week within the territory
